Conference Room
3tc's recently refurbished Conference Room can comfortably seat 20 delegates in a bright, airy room that is ideal for that important Board meeting, presentation, special occasion, set-piece event or staff away day.
The centre-piece of the room is a long barrel-shaped, crown cut, solid Old English Oak veneer table, accompanying chocolate brown desk pads and 20 Orion soft cantilever-framed chairs with fully upholstered arm pads and a 2 door credenza storage unit with refrigerator. Eight windows allow plenty of natural daylight into the room that are covered by solid timber Venetian blinds.
In terms of audio-visual facilities the Conference Room is fitted out with an interactive SMART Board, that includes an integrated UF55 ceiling mounted projector and wall-mounted USB speakers. This is linked to a Windows 7 laptop that has associated Notebook software installed that considerably extends the features of the SMART Board. The software effectively acts as an electronic notebook enabling users to immediately capture and save notes and drawings made on either the Board itself or the laptop. Graphics, text and multimedia elements can be imported into a Notebook file, that in turn can be exported as a HTML, PDF, PowerPoint or as a series of image files.
The Conference Room also benefits from air conditioning and has been especially designed to accommodate company presentations.
Syndicate Room
We also have a Syndicate Room that is ideal either as a break-out room from the main Conference Room or as a meeting space for smaller gatherings of up to eight people.
ICT Training Suite
3tc's ICT Training Suite is also available for hire and comes with the benefit of modern flat screen PC's with broadband internet connections. The suite also has a range of network printers, a data projector and other audio visual equipment in a windowed air conditioned room with plenty of natural daylight.
3tc House
A tea/coffee/water and buffet lunch service with a choice of three set-menus is available in respect of all rooms. Laptop and network services can be provided by arrangement. Our experienced and professional staff can help ensure that your event is a success and in-house technical support is available if requested. 3tc House is a fully accessible building and contains a number of assistive technologies including audio loop systems as well as designated accessible toilets. The site also comes with the benefit of a limited amount of free car parking, including a number of accessible bays, protected by CCTV cameras.
