3tc, based in Liverpool, Merseyside, is a charity which aims to make Information and Communications Technology (ICT) accessible to voluntary and community organisations across Merseyside.

Welcome to 3tc, Merseyside Third Sector Technology Centre

3tc is a not-for-profit technology centre committed to providing Merseyside's Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector (VCFS) with equal access to Information Communications Technology (ICT). Our aim is to help all sections of society gain in confidence by using ICT, including school children, the elderly, people with disabilities and ethnic minority groups. Based in Waterloo and St. Helens, 3tc has local knowledge of the Merseyside area. We offer a comprehensive range of ICT goods and services to frontline VCFS organisations including:

ICT Services

We can supply all your hardware, peripherals, software and other needs. Our Microsoft certified engineers can recommend, quote, supply and install ICT solutions tailored to your individual requirements. To supplement this 3tc offers a fast, friendly and efficient technical support service to ensure you get the best out of your investment.

ICT Training

Take advantage of our flexible range of ICT training packages and realise the new opportunities that technology offers. We can offer simple taster courses to get people started, one day bespoke courses in popular 'Office' programmes, specialist courses covering the likes of desktop publishing or web design right the way through to accredited courses such as the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or Information Technology Qualification (ITQ).

Conference Rooms

Let 3tc House host your important meetings or address any training needs. We can offer a fully serviced boardroom-style Conference Room, a more intimate Syndicate Room ideal for smaller groups and a modern ICT Training Suite containing PC's with broadband Internet connections.

Office Space

Base your business in 3tc House and enjoy our reception, managed office space and car parking facilities. Tenants also have easy access to our ICT Services, can use our Conference Rooms at a discounted rate, as well as being able to take advantage of 3tc's on-site ICT Training Department, Print & Design department and Web Solutions service.

Print & Design

Let 3tc's Print & Design team produce your letterheads, business cards, annual reports, brochures and leaflets. Our printing services include printing, binding, laminating, copying and booklet-making.

Web Solutions

3tc is now in a position to offer Web solutions oriented around powerful Content Management Systems that enable you to make edits simply and easily, without requiring specialist web authoring software. Changes can be made using a familiar, word processor style interface from any browser with an Internet connection. The sites are also modular so new elements can be added seamlessly without impacting on the intregrity of the overall website design. 

3tc Solutions Limited

Through our trading arm 3tc Solutions Limited, these and other services are made available to the public and private sector as well individual members of the public. Any profits made are re-invested to provide the charity with the capacity to help provide equality of access to ICT and thus help combat the divide between the digital 'haves' and 'have nots'. New business activity includes the trading arm's Virtual Office facilities for South Sefton business start-ups and small businesses. 3tc and Corporate Social Responsibility

As a progressive charity we also take our Corporate Social Responsibilities extremely seriously. We regularly review our operations to maximise  benefits and minimise any adverse effects. We employ locally trained, technically qualified staff that can offer appropriate levels of ICT support and training. 3tc rejects the one-size fits all approach and instead offers bespoke solutions. These take into account customers different needs and individual requirements.
